im in school right now
so tired
my eyes are starting to warm up again
they do that everytime i start stressing about something
so much to stress about for the next 2 weeks...
its all finals and art projects
not to mention i should be studying for a quiz in digital art tomorrow
gotta start coloring my final piece for illustration class
and finish inking the comic due for the same class
gotta sketch a page today for accent and start inking it on the computer tonight
finish 2 T-designs for work tomorrow
gotta keep working on that complicated painting for 2D Design
get lots and lots of cardboard from Costco, Beegees, or wherever cardboard is free
finish the darn cardboard chair
and redo the 3D helmet TT__TT
coz i destroyed the first one i made
coz it pissed me off so bad
study study for art history final exam on the 19th

damn.....
i hate this so much TT^TT
i just want it all to be over soon!!!!!!!!

hey guys!!
today i went to NY Comic Con
with my sisters, maria, and my cousin ryu^^
anyway it was first convention
and it was FREAKIN AWESOME!!!
im not gonna try to write a mad long report about it but here are some of the highlights:

-got to see the actual Kumar, real name Kal Penn, and Neil Patrick Harris on an exclusive Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay footage! my friend Maria made eye contact with Kumar!!!! YAY!!!

-took lots of pictures of Star Wars cosplayers not to mention my sister was spazzing so much and she practically stalked Darth Vader!!

-bought Fool's Gold Volume 1 & 2 created by Amy Reeder Hadley and she signed both of them xDD she even drew free sketches on them xDDDDD!!!

-got LOADS OF FREE STUFF

-got to see how the Artist Alley was like!! MAD CROWDED!!!!!!

-sooooo many booths!!!! bought some cute pins, a ryuk plushie (uber cute >333)

In the end of the day, Ryu's parents picked us up in the convention. We were mad tired but it felt so awesome!!!! Then we went for McDonalds... ah for some reason every time I spend the whole day on an event, I come home with a headache... my uncle who is a nurse joked "u should get an MRI"... and for a second I thought he was serious so I was like O.o!!!

Nyways yeah had loads of fun!! I totally missed Svetlana Chmakova TT_TT I didnt find Dee too... I wanted their autographs TT^TT!! i guess I'll just have to wait for next time.

I'll defintely be going to NY Anime Festival in September! Maybe on a Saturday or Sunday~ not sure but definitely one of those days. I'm already excited about that <D

On another note, school's almost over... Probably 4 more weeks..... then Summer vacation ^_^.... sigh... I still feel all the pressure right now! dang school's dumping so much stuff on me.... 95% of them are art projects... i mean sure.. art... cool.... but ugh... i just feel really tired and uninspired... i just wanna do more Accent and work on some T-designs for my new job!

YES!! I finally got a paying job! I can't say for who yet coz they're still not out but yeah.. I'm finally working^^ I create T-shirt designs usually during the weekends. gotta make sure it doesn't interfere with school =-=;;

ah... my illustration teacher told me that I should become a summer Intern for Blue Sky Studios in White Plains. i only need to take a bus.. prolly 20 min ride. i showed her my portfolio and class work and she;'s really impressed ><; i feel really happy xD but yeah I gotta make a cover letter, a resume (never did one before but someone in class was nice enough to give me some notes about that^^), and put together my final portfolio... im still a freshman and blue sky studios are only taking juniors and seniors but my teacher encouraged me to try anyway... =-=~ ah...

anyway about Accent..... the last few pages of Chapter 2 are gonna be... revealing? i guess.... its gonna be about Ben, Ano's older brother...im really excited about it... so yes pls keep reading!!! please ><;;

i hope somebody still reads this =-=; lolz if u r thank u for listening^^. im just really happy..

i feel like my life is really taking some direction! lol i guess thats about it for now.... ja!

- Soda
- Chocolates, Cake, Ice Cream, Candy... all the sweet stuff u can think off
- TV (at least on weekdays)
- Reading Online Manga (again, at least on weekdays)
- taking drawing requests (at least until the semester is over)
- too much meat..

sigh
and then gotta start exercising
my family is starting to worry

lol hello guys
right now im at home
briefly enjoying my spring break
after this i'll have to go and
work on a new Accent cover
im getting tired of looking 
at the same old cover page on in the index =/
trying out a new coloring style
im excited on how that would turn out
then i have to sketch the next Accent page
i should have plenty of time 
so it'll be up by Friday
hopefully I can sketch another page
so I'll be ready for next week

been thinking about my transfer college choices
i might just apply for other art colleges besides FIT and STAC
i dunno.. still looking into that

anyway went out with my friends 
cinthu, roselle, and aileen
yesterday at chilis
had the habaneros wings 
but i didnt know habaneros was some kind of
uber-spicy chili
so my tongue started burning
i had 3 glasses of mango iced tea
equals 3 trips to the bathroom x_X
haha yeah

been watching "Kids from Shaolin"  (1984) again
one of Jet Li's really old movies 
i watched it so many times back when i was 12 or 13 or maybe younger
I really like the tomboy character San Feng played by Wang Chiu Yin
i just wish her relationship w Jet Li's character was more emphasized
i looked her up some more
and i found out that she was actually Jet Li's first wife
and had 2 daughters w him
unfortunately they broke off maybe '93 or '94
she was only in 4 movies
she should be in her 40s by now
i wonder how she's doing
rumors say she's living in Taiwan nowadays
i am also wondering how the the kids who played
jet li's little brothers in "kids from shaolin" 
are doing now? 
i think theyre really cool
im really curious as to how theyre all doing nowadays ><;

3D Design is really pissing me off..
i never thought making a paper helmet
could be this hard and frustrating
designing the damn thing was easy
but putting it all together
is just
ARRRGHHH!!!!!!!!
Im gonna have to find a way to
make it less complicated
but still look like i put a lot of effort into it
SIGH
2D design is alright
pretty much working with textures, collage, rubbings, etc
at first i was really frustrated with the class
but after getting all the work done in time
and getting good comments about them
i feel better about going there
we pretty much do all the work outside of class
and do the critiquing in class
which takes about less than an hour

I KNOW this is all boring to you
but what else can i talk about?
there really is nothing going on in my life right now
besides getting art projects done
and trying to get some Accent pages drawn
march its march
spring break's coming up
i think i'll still be busy
i dont wanna go out and spend some mula ($$$)
since i wanna save up for nycomiccon
i wonder if i'll meet some people from wirepop there
tm revolution's gonna be there
if im lucky, i'll get to see him in person xD

have u guys seen the new indiana jones movie trailer?
i'm thinking of watching it as soon as it comes out
i didnt get to see sweeney todd at all coz
its no longer available in the theaters
my friends and i watched spiderwick chronicles instead
its alright
i thought it'd be childish
but it was actually pretty serious
the twins look awesome
are they real twins? or is just one person? lol
